Shoe Ad Series

Project Brief:

Branding and repurposing are the topics for this 3-part assignment. Student will create a flyer advertising Toms shoes. The ad will be designed and repurposed in black-and-white, 2-color (spot color) and 4-color process. All required copy will be provided along with the main shoe image. Student will have to search the web to locate Toms logo with appropriate resolution. Other images may be used as well.

Learning Objectives: 

1. Understand fundamental concepts involved in working in InDesign
2. Demonstrate typographic principles
3. Design with various color modes and printing specifications
4. Modify images in Photoshop for proper workflow (color use)

Deliverables:

1. Three packaged InDesign folders/files that are print-ready along with a PDF file
