My teaching philosophy prioritizes clear communication and student engagement creating a productive and inclusive learning environment fostering student motivation and accountability. By encouraging students to share their expectations and interests, my courses build a sense of community, which can lead to increased participation and investment in the course. Teaching methods and assessments include demonstrations, learning activities, projects, discussions, peer critiques, and quizzes, which provide a well-rounded approach that caters to different learning styles and promotes critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
