Garden Festival

Project Brief:

Student will create a series of marketing materials for one of the following venues: 1) Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford, IL, 2) Chicago Botannic Garden in Glencoe, IL, or 3) The Morton Arboretum in Lise. Student is to choose an event at one of these attractions and produce the following marketing pieces: 1) postcard, 2) poster, 3) Tri-fold brochure, and 4) Survey.

Learning Objectives: 

1. Create alternate layouts in InDesign
2. Create a library to manage frequent design elements
3. Use tables and tabs to create a survey in InDesign

Deliverables:

1. Packaged files that are print-ready along with a PDF file
2. PDF and PNG files for email marketing and web use
