Frog illustration

    Frog Illustration

    Project Brief:

    Following a basic sketch, student will use Illustrator to create a detailed vector image of a frog. Student is to be creative and add personality to the frog, along with a background. Students will define a color scheme (not all frogs are green) and use gradients and shadows for depth.  


    Learning Objectives: 

    1. Management of layers
    2. Creation of smooth, closed paths
    3. Establish a color scheme in the Swatches color panel, including gradients
    4. Add dimension by determining a light source 


    Deliverables:

    1. A layered Illustrator file.
